Italian Fresh organic Jerusalem artichokes for sale online
The Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus), known as Topinambour, is a plant belonging to the family of Sunflowers. Its flowers are in fact a warm yellow on, but smaller and do not produce the classic sunflower seeds. The propagation of topinambour is for tubers.
