Italian organic extra virgin olive oil made with only one variety: Sargano di Fermo
Oil obtained from olives of a single variety the "Sargano di Fermo". It is obtained from olives selected for their quality and degree of maturity to be able to provide the true characteristics of this variety.
It has a fruity, medium intensity, green, with hints of almond. Usually, the taste, has mild notes of bitter and spicy.
