Italian organic whole wheat in grains
Organic whole wheat, high in protein, selected for cooking and / or germination (in grains). It can be dressed in salads, sauces and passed back into pan with sauce, added to beans, used in soups, stuffing, baked in the oven; is always great. It 'a great alternative to spelt.
The cooking time is about 90 minutes for the grains and of about 30 minutes for the crushed grain. The pressure cooker halves cooking times.
