Italian organic extra virgin olive oil made with only one variety: Nebbia del Menocchia
Oil obtained from olives of a single variety the "Fog of Menocchia". It is obtained from olives selected for their quality and degree of maturity to be able to provide the true characteristics of this variety.
It has a fruity, medium intensity, green, with hints of almond and artichoke. Usually, the taste, has good notes of bitter and spicy.
